|Recommended: YesGood Shape. Vary Clean. Friendly Neighbors — Management staff is outstanding. Responsive, friendly and professional
|Recommended: YesVery nice place to live — Very quiet complex
|Recommended: YesKind Employees, Quiet Community — Great employee interactions, very kind neighbors who respect each other and the community is overall very quiet. I've had several service requests for various things since I moved in 7 or 8 months ago but they replaced or repaired things in a timely manner. Obviously neighbors change and are different in each building, but this particular building has neighbors who hold doors for each other, bring Amazon packages in from outside, and are all creatures of habit so everyone pretty much parks in the same spots. Parking spots are a very big plus for this community Extra large and comfy, definitely a big factor in continuing to rent here. Parking lots are plowed in a timely manner during the winter too and there is always maintenance workers around and about with outdoor upkeep. Only real negative for the apartment was that it had previously been smoked in and when its humid, the smell comes back and alot of fixtures are stained outlets are dirty. They've replaced the carpet and done as much as possible to combat this so its not immediately noticeable and I'm not bothered by it. Overall, a great experience

|Recommended: YesIts a family friendly environment — You get a lot of space for the amount of rent. The admin staff is extremely friendly and they are great to work with. If you follow the rules you will have a great time
|Recommended: YesApartment — Great apartment, close to all amenities, and close to the state park on the end of sherman
|Recommended: YesPretty good — Good place to live Good layout And plenty of room.
|Recommended: YesSo Far, So Good. — The location is nice and quiet with plenty of parking and carports available. There is plenty of grass for children to run around and play on or to enjoy a summer BBQ with roommates or a small family gathering if that's allowed . Its an added bonus that they have a couple of Charcoal grills available for residents use. The hallways are heated, which is wonderful for the winter, and have windows on both sides to create a cross breeze in the summer. The office staff from my experience are very nice and courteous and seem to genuinely want to help and answer any questions I have. The single passing experience I've had with maintenance has been pleasant as well. The apartments are fairly nice, overall no real issues, only positive experiences so far.
Thanks so much! We are glad you are enjoying The Barclay's :)
|Recommended: YesNice area, nice community — Townhome living is by far so much better than apartment living, and these townhouses are the most affordable In Muskegon
Thank you! We are glad you love the townhouse :)
|Recommended: YesI like it here — It’s comfortable. Some neighbors like to watch your every move. You basically don’t have much privacy. Other than that. I like it here. I would give it 3.5 stars
|Recommended: YesCheap For Reasons — Cheaper than Grand Rapids and more space, but outdated. Windows are drafty as hell making my heat kick on all the time, therefore making my gas bill outrageous--even with plastic over the windows and closing the blinds. Windows no longer close all the way or maybe they never did in the first place so bugs galore in the warmer months. Spiders. Spiders EVERYWHERE. There are also cracks in the foundation to the point I can see outside from my basement. Walls are so thin I can hear the neighbors cough and clomp down their stairs. But, it's less than 800 for a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath--taking what I can get at this point.
