|Recommended: YesIts a family friendly environment — You get a lot of space for the amount of rent. The admin staff is extremely friendly and they are great to work with. If you follow the rules you will have a great time
|Recommended: YesApartment — Great apartment, close to all amenities, and close to the state park on the end of sherman
|Recommended: YesPretty good — Good place to live Good layout And plenty of room.
|Recommended: YesSo Far, So Good. — The location is nice and quiet with plenty of parking and carports available. There is plenty of grass for children to run around and play on or to enjoy a summer BBQ with roommates or a small family gathering if that's allowed . Its an added bonus that they have a couple of Charcoal grills available for residents use. The hallways are heated, which is wonderful for the winter, and have windows on both sides to create a cross breeze in the summer.
The office staff from my experience are very nice and courteous and seem to genuinely want to help and answer any questions I have. The single passing experience I've had with maintenance has been pleasant as well.
The apartments are fairly nice, overall no real issues, only positive experiences so far.
response from property -Thanks so much! We are glad you are enjoying The Barclay's :)
|Recommended: YesNice area, nice community — Townhome living is by far so much better than apartment living, and these townhouses are the most affordable In Muskegon
Thank you! We are glad you love the townhouse :)
|Recommended: YesI like it here — It’s comfortable. Some neighbors like to watch your every move. You basically don’t have much privacy. Other than that. I like it here. I would give it 3.5 stars
|Recommended: YesCheap For Reasons — Cheaper than Grand Rapids and more space, but outdated. Windows are drafty as hell making my heat kick on all the time, therefore making my gas bill outrageous--even with plastic over the windows and closing the blinds. Windows no longer close all the way or maybe they never did in the first place so bugs galore in the warmer months. Spiders. Spiders EVERYWHERE. There are also cracks in the foundation to the point I can see outside from my basement. Walls are so thin I can hear the neighbors cough and clomp down their stairs. But, it's less than 800 for a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath--taking what I can get at this point.
|Recommended: YesSo far only good experiences — I liked that when I was moving in many of my neighbors stopped by to say hello. The neighbors were very friendly and kept decor and shoes outside their doors-making me feel safe that people leave each others stuff be. The front office staff are very nice and the apartment was clean upon move in. Prices are very reasonable for what your living situation is. I wish we had our own washing machines in unit but thats not a deal breaker to me
|Recommended: YesQuiet and Nice — The neighborhood is very quiet, the neighbors are quiet and nice. It has been a very lovely experience since I started living here. The office staff are very professional and helpful as well.
